Senior placement in Fountain Hills

A hillside town east of Scottsdale with a strong retirement community and a real sense of place.

Fountain Hills families often want a parent to stay in town, near friends and the life they have built, and sometimes the right answer is a move closer to Scottsdale or Mesa for the level of care required. We will tell you honestly which it is.

What families here ask us for

  • Assisted living and memory care in and near Fountain Hills
  • Residential care homes for residents who do better in a small, quiet setting
  • Moves after a hospital stay at a Scottsdale or Mesa hospital

How we work

Stephanie reads the care needs first (medications, mobility, cognition, behaviours, payer), then finds homes that can genuinely care for that person and have a bed. You see a short list, not a directory, and she stays with you through the move. The care home pays our fee, typically 50 to 100 percent of the first month’s rent and care charges. You pay nothing.
